News, notes and trivia from around the planet earth to brighten your day. Please enjoy today’s collection of news tidbits and video links with the compliments of Tru Earth.

Welcome Back

It’s been a few weeks since our last Tru Earth Newsletter.

In that time, we celebrated Valentine’s Day (I hope you were able to share a few special moments with someone near and dear to your heart…) and we saw some incredible sales numbers as #ChangeMakers like you picked up one of our special bundles earlier this month.

Looking forward, the next few months will hold some exciting opportunities for you… including some very special new bundles, and some new products that I am sure you will love.

So… let’s catch up on some Tru Earth News…

And the Winner is… “Tru Earth!”

What makes an innovative company today?

Recently, news magazine “Canadian Business” met with the Brookfield Institute for Innovation + Entrepreneurship, an independent, non-partisan policy institute, to come up with some answers.

Amid a global pandemic, ever more environmental crises and a surge in demands to redress racial and gender inequities, “Canadian Business” decided to identify businesses that measure success differently.

They wanted a meaningful benchmark for ventures that prioritize creativity, social impact, sustainability and inclusivity as much as market share and profit margins.

They created the New Innovators List, a new annual ranking of Canadian companies forging a more progressive path forward.

We are proud to announce that Tru Earth made that list!

We made the list that “Canadian Business” called, “Top 10 companies performed brilliantly, innovating across all categories.”

We invite you to click here and see the list, who joined us there, and why Tru Earth hits the Top 10.

Black History Month

As you know, February is Black History Month.

Here at Tru Earth, that means we take a few minutes to pay homage to those in the African-American community who have gone… and continue to go… that extra mile to bring about awareness and change that helps the planet.

We invite you to take a few minutes to read about a few of the people of colour who are proud #ChangeMakers… Click here to read more…

Beeswax is Eco-friendly

Since beeswax comes directly from bees and is non-toxic, it is completely environmentally friendly and an important ingredient in a range of eco-friendly products.

That is one of the main reasons Tru Earth uses beeswax in our Beeswax Food Wraps.

With so many beneficial properties, beeswax is a healthy and harmless alternative to plastic for storing food in.

Tru Earth beeswax wraps use the natural power of beeswax to protect and store your food in a safe way as a plastic wrap alternative.

Since beeswax is waterproof, it keeps unwanted moisture out of food while trapping the food’s natural moisture in.

Meanwhile, its antibacterial and antifungal properties keep bacteria and germs at bay while the fact that its all-natural and non-toxic mean that, unlike chemical-filled plastics, it’s safe to have close to your food.

Many people even use beeswax wraps to seal fresh cheeses for aging.

Discover this revolutionary breakthrough in eco-friendly food preservation.
