Studies show it. Staying active puts your brain in a more positive place. Moving your body helps you ‘connect the dots’ faster. Regular exercise makes you feel more powerful. So we’re kicking off 2023 with our annual 30-30-30 challenge! And while it might be tempting to do a lot of sofa-sitting and pjs and slippers (hey, we do the best slippers), we’d like to inspire you this January to make a regular habit of moving! Because research is proving our body-mind (and now gut!) connection is really ‘a thing’. And that regular movement is like meditation, and that benefits us big-time. Walking is critical to our mental clarity, creativity, energy levels, health and happiness. So again, starting TODAY (January 2nd 2023), we’re challenging you to join the FitFlop 30-30-30 challenge. It’s a 30-day challenge, where we hope you’ll do 30 minutes of activity a day, and hashtag #fitflop303030 (and tag @fitflop) on social, to show us you’re doing it.
