| Hey Hero, Hope you're doing well today... This morning I was on Facebook and saw this shelter dog short story that a friend had posted. It really struck a chord with me so I wanted to share it with you: I Have Done Something I looked at all the caged animals in the shelter...the cast-offs of human society. I saw in their eyes love and hope, fear and dread, sadness, and betrayal. And I was angry. "God," I said, "this is terrible! Why don't you do something?" God was silent for a moment, and then He spoke softly, "I have done something," he replied. "I created you." -- Author Unknown This got me thinking... What more can we do to help shelter dogs this Holiday season when shelter dogs need it the most. By now you may have seen some of the holiday seasonal items in our store that donate meals to shelter dogs in need... Well, there's one item that I have not shown you yet...I was waiting to send it to ALL of the iheartdogs heroes but I thought I would share it with you first. I consider this our most collectible item of the year... We call it our "Operation Santa Paws - Lighted Water Lantern With Swirling Glitter"... (See the picture I attached below) It's a beautiful holiday collectible that pictures Santa caring for shelter dogs that are looking for a forever home. The most amazing thing about this item is that it provides 30 meals for shelter dogs. That's an entire shelter. In reference to the story above, let's be the ones who "do something" this holiday season. Let's give shelter dogs a miracle...
