| Hero - Ok, we just got word back from our volunteers on the ground. There are a few shelters in New Orleans that need your help. They are currently facing overpopulation issues and are all understaffed. There are 50 at-risk shelter dogs in desperate need of a home for the holidays. It's looking like the flight will be taking off on Tuesday morning...so we only have now through tomorrow night to fund this flight! Only one shelter in Boise Idaho is able to care for these dogs, where they’ll be swiftly adopted. There are two ways you can help get these dogs flown out: 1. Shop the Site: With your purchases, you’ll be helping fund this emergency rescue flight, where these dogs will be flown to safety and are guaranteed adoption. 2. Donate Directly: Donations will help cover the plane, fuel, and resources to make this trip a success. Help us bring these pups to safety. It's a tall task to fund this flight so close to Christmas, but we know the iHeartDogs Hero's are the best of the best. I'll follow up tomorrow and give you more details as things unfold.
