Life seems to be flying by, don’t you think Leslie Snipes?
When I was a kid, I remember summer break seemed to last a lifetime. Now though, the last two years have gone by in the blink of an eye.
I don’t like the fact I’m getting older – if I could freeze time, I would. But that’s not how life works, unfortunately.

If you have the same worries, then I’m sure you’ll want to read this.
We give you 10 tips on how to keep those “senior moments” at bay. You know what I’m talking about, right?
- You forget where you put your keys.
- The friend you just bumped into on the street… their name escapes you.
- You're not quite as sharp as you once were.
- The crossword you do each Sunday gets harder and harder every week.
- Your “brain fog” takes longer to shake each morning.
If any of these are true for you, then have a read of this week's article:

You might dismiss these simple tips, but if you try to do just a few of them, you’ll start to notice a difference. And even though you might resist it, I’d definitely recommend #7!
To your health,
Jonathan
