How did a sports enthusiast become the CEO of a French fashion Maison? Pier Paolo Righi says it all began when Karl Lagerfeld extended an invitation to lunch at his private Parisian residence in the mid-2000s. "It was an exciting, amazing experience that I'll never forget," Pier recalls.

Caroline (Karô) Lebar joined the Maison KARL LAGERFELD in the PR team when she was just 19 years old; she has since spent her entire career with the brand and developed a deep level of trust with Karl for both professional and personal projects.​
