Celia Bernado is the fashion designer behind eclectic Spanish fashion label Celia B. We loved her artisanal designs so much, we wanted to launch a mini collection here at Lulu. Designed to “make women shine” blending traditional motifs with exaggerated textures and bold bursts of print and colour.
