First popularised by Elvis Presely as well as Steve McQueen, Frank Sinatra and James Dean, the Harrington Jacket was so called after being worn regularly by Ryan O’Neal’s character Rodney Harrington in the 1960s soap opera Peyton Place. Also picked up by various emerging youth cultures such as teddy boys, hippies and scooter boys - this lightweight and versatile jacket has become a timeless menswear staple.

This season our take on the iconic Harrington comes in a brushed cotton, Fairford check. Featuring the signature two button collar stand, ribbed cuffs and front flap pocket details. Additional touches include branded buttons and an embroidered chest logo.
