![Check out this tasty drink with our resident mixologist, Ariel! 2oz The Glenlivet Caribbean Reserve3/4oz fresh lime juice6 mint leaves1/2 oz simple syrup1/4oz espressoFlaming sugar cube in a lime shell for garnish In an empty Collins glass, muddle mint leaves. Add Scotch, syrup, and lime juice. Stir until combined. Add crushed ice and stir. Float hot espresso on top. To garnish: soak sugar cube in 151 proof rum, place securely in half an empty lime.
