Talbots will donate to Dress for Success®, a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt not-for-profit organization headquartered at 32 East 31st Street, New York, NY 10016 (I) 30% of the Net Proceeds (approximately 15%-20% of the amount of your pre-tax purchase price) from sales of the Talbots x Dress for Success Sweatshirts Collection from 2/22/2022 to 3/20/2022 via Talbots retail stores and Talbots.com and (ii) 10% of the Net Proceeds (approximately 3%-6% of the amount of your pre-tax purchase price) from the sale of merchandise purchased from Talbots retail and Outlet stores and Talbots.com from 3/10/2022 to 3/14/2022, with a guaranteed combined maximum donation of $100,000, to be used in furtherance of Dress for Success’s mission: to empower women to achieve economic independence by providing a network of support, professional attire and the development tools to help women thrive in work and in life (www.dressforsuccess.org). Net Proceeds shall consist of all revenues generated from the sale of merchandise and the Collection, respectively, during the relevant time periods after deduction of (a) landed costs and (b) marketing, advertising and promotional costs. From 3/7/2022 – 4/3/2022, Talbots customers can also make a monetary donation to Dress for Success in Talbots stores, Talbots Outlet stores, or Talbots Clearance stores. Nearly new workwear will also be collected in Talbots stores and in Talbots Outlet stores from 3/10/22 – 3/14/22 to benefit Dress for Success.
