With their sustainable punk aesthetic, London-based label Chopova Lowena has long been an underground favourite that is best known for their up-cycled pleated skirts.

Drawing inspiration from Lowena’s Bulgarian heritage and traditional craft, the two designers Emma Chopova and Laura Lowena build their aesthetic vision exclusively with deadstock and recycled materials while manufacturing with a collective of skilled female artisans in Bulgaria.
