First, we hear from writer, editor, and podcast host Olivia Muenter, who amassed her following with her honest writing about topics like body positivity and self-confidence. But now, she’s decided that she doesn’t want to write about her body anymore. “Slowly, writing and posting [about my body] started to become very dangerous for me,” she says. “The feeling I would get when a post would do well or people would say it resonated with them would take over the other, negative feelings I had about my body. I thought that was fine and that I could just ignore the other stuff, but I couldn’t.
