Just this week, our CEO, Sarah LaFleur, wrote about a conversation she had with her friends Stephanie Hodges and Stacey Gillett. Last year, they created a passion project called Once Upon Our Time Capsule, aimed at allowing children to share their feelings during the pandemic. They discussed pursuing their “Plan B” without quitting their jobs and a trend that Sarah refers to as the “yoga teacher phenomenon.” “I crave being thrown into conditions where I don't know what I'm doing, and I’m not the expert in the room, so I get to learn from the expertise and the creativity of others around me,” says Gillett. This article ended up being a timely read for me, and I think it might spark some self reflection for you, too.
